It was a cute experience and the city lights definitely gave it a nice romantic vibe. It did feel a little quicker than I expected, and the traffic noise took away from the atmosphere a bit, but not enough to ruin it. Overall, I’m glad we did it and it’s a sweet thing to try at least once...

Not gonna lie, the ride was mostly fine and I did feel safe overall. The driver seemed in control, but it also felt like they were in a bit of a hurry, which made the trip feel a little rushed.

We booked this because our kids are obsessed with horses, they were excited the second they saw the carriage. It looked cute and kind of charming, but at the same time the whole thing felt a bit thrown together. I wanted to love it, and I sort of did for the kids’ sake, but not really for us.

The driver wasn’t rude exactly, just not very warm, if that makes sense. Our youngest asked a couple of questions and got short answers, which was disappointing. Also, the blanket looked dirty, though weirdly the ride itself was still peaceful in parts. It also felt shorter than what we thought we paid for.

So I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience, because the kids genuinely liked seeing the horse and still talked about it afterward. But as a family outing, it didn’t feel as relaxed or special as I expected. I’m glad we did it, but I probably wouldn’t book it again

I hate to be dramatic, but this ride felt like the sightseeing equivalent of watching paint dry. For what we paid, I really thought we'd get more of Central Park and actually see some memorable spots, but it was mostly slow streets and quick little glimpses of things before moving on. It also felt way too short, like it was over before it even got started. The driver was perfectly fine, no complaints there, but the ride itself just wasn’t worth it at all

The thing I appreciated most was how well the horses seemed to be treated. They looked clean, calm, and not like they were being dragged through some endless tourist circus, which is sadly not always a given.
The driver was gentle with the horse and checked on him during the ride, so I felt a lot better about having booked it. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’d feel good recommending them
